1. To identify key actors and emerging/potential national and Nordic knowledge bases in the cross-over fields of eco-efficient nanotechnology and construction:
◊ Emerging research areas? ◊ Nordic synergies and clusters?
2. To analyse the dynamics of value chains and innovation systems active in this field and point to policy action on:
◊ Opportunities and challenges of nanotech transfer ◊ Missing nodes, lacking competencies
3. To assess and contribute to firm strategizing about the application of eco-efficient nanotechnology in construction
4. To create a Nordic platform for linking actors and stakeholders in the field, to pool and disseminate a better understanding of potentials of eco-efficient nanotechnology in construction
